The Log Cabin is a two bedroom, one bath western cedar home nestled among old growth hardwood trees sits on 1/2 acre and is a perfect "get away to nature" without being too far from town; total area of about 1000 sq.ft.  This 1990 dwelling  can sleep six people.  Located between the Gulf Coast area of Crystal River /Homosassa Springs and the major Disney/Central Florida attractions of Orlando. (the cabin is just 8 miles east of Inverness FL.) It is only a mile away from the famous waters of the "Withlachoochee" River, and it is close to all of  the major attractions in the Tampa Bay area.

$495 - Weekly Rate         Christmas through Easter              $265 - 3 day rate
$435 - Weekly Rate         After Easter through Labor Day     $240 - 3 day rate
$395 - Weekly Rate         After Labor Day to Christmas         $225 - 3 day rate

Rates are based on no more than six guests.  

$100.00 refundable security deposit.

There is an $22.00 inspection/service fee with all rentals.

10% increase for stays during holidays. 

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required for stay of 1 week or more.  Balance due 30 days prior to occupany.  Stays less than 1 week require payment in full at time of reservation.  Once payment in full is received access for lockbox will be given. There is a Security Deposit of $100, refundable after departure; depending on the condition of the premises, a cleaning fee may be charged.  Refund request for cancellation must be received at least 30 days in advance of your stay and will be limited to 75% of fully paid accounts.

LOCATION
The cabin is centrally located that many day trips are possible. Disney is about 1 hour away to the east, Ford Island Gulf Beach is 45 minutes west and very secluded. Wild Bill's Airboat Tours is right nearby and a great restaurant, Fisherman's Cove. Below is a link to nearby Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge.
